City wine Merchant is now offering an Ultra-Limited Summer Sipper:

Château Haut-Bailly ranks as one of the great producers of Bordeaux. Since 2004, the estate has produced tiny quantities of ‘rosé de saignée’ when conditions have allowed. We are pleased to offer the newly released 2019 vintage, which is the first produced since 2014. This is comprised of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, with beautiful expressive fruit and floral aromas. It is a great match for grilled meats and BBQ, or simply enjoy it for summer sipping. Production is very limited with only about 250 cases produced for the entire world. It will disappear quickly!
