Our “Innovation Series” are new beers we brew in only small pilot batches in the brewery. This sour ale starts with a rich coffee aroma, tastes like fresh tart raspberries, then finishes with subtle sweetness from the use of vanilla and a light touch of milk sugar. ABV = 5.8%
