Downtown Waterfront Improvements Plan: Walk And Roll

The City of Buffalo along with the Buffalo Urban Development Corporation are hosting a public walk and roll event this Saturday and Sunday, April 15th and 16th. Walking and biking tours and discussions about proposed improvements and recommendations will take place. The events will provide the public with an opportunity to explore the area and discuss proposed ideas and recommendations from project leaders.

Saturday, April 15th:
Waterfront Roll And Listen Tour: 10am-11:30pm – meet at Heritage Carousel. Join community members and representatives from the City of Buffalo and BUDC by bike to tour the Downtown Waterfront and discuss proposed improvements and recommendations.

Canalside And Marine Drive Walk And Listen Tour: 1:30pm – 3pm, meet at Heritage Carousel. Join community members and representatives from the City of Buffalo and BUDC on a one-mile walking tour of Canalside and Marine Drive to discuss proposed improvements and recommendations.

Sunday April 16th:
Lower West Side Walk And Listen Tour: 10am – 12noon, meet at Pedestrian Bridge. Join community members and representatives from the City of Buffalo and BUDC on a walking tour of the Lower West Side. Discussions about proposed improvements and recommendations will take place – focusing on connections to the Downtown Waterfront.
