The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority is inviting riders and community members to take part in its latest customer satisfaction survey as part of the American Bus Benchmarking Group. This short survey gives you the opportunity to share honest feedback on your experience with Metro – everything from reliability and cleanliness to safety and service. Your input helps compare Buffalo’s transit system with peer agencies across North America and plays a direct role in shaping future improvements. Take a few minutes to make your voice heard and help strengthen public transportation in our community.
Your opinion matters; past surveys have led to solid improvements in the bus and rail system.
Based on previous results, Metro has:
- Started a bus shelter expansion program that installed 30 new shelters in 2023 with 30 more planned per year, for the next four years
- Created a task force to improve on-time performance
- Added your voice to grant applications to get needed funds into the community
- Increased cleaning on buses and trains
