Buffalo Place Launches 2026 Downtown Buffalo Survey

Buffalo Place invites Downtown residents, employees, and visitors to share their experiences and ideas through our 2026 Downtown Buffalo Survey. The survey will help Buffalo Place better understand how people spend time Downtown and identify opportunities to enhance the experience for everyone who lives, works, and visits here.

From favorite restaurants and shops to daily commutes and special events, the survey explores the many ways people connect with Downtown Buffalo. Participants are encouraged to share feedback on transportation, dining, shopping, events, and their overall Downtown experience, including what would encourage them to visit more often or stay a little longer.

Whether Downtown is part of your everyday routine or a destination for an occasional night out, Buffalo Place wants to hear from you. Feedback from a broad range of participants will help inform future programming, improvements, and efforts to support Downtown businesses and public spaces.

As a thank-you for participating, five survey respondents will each receive a $100 gift card to a Downtown business of their choice.

Buffalo Place also encourages local employers, residential communities, businesses, and partner organizations to share the survey with their employees, residents, customers, and networks to help ensure a wide range of perspectives is represented.
