All Hand on Deck Yoga

Sunday, October 9th Yogis in Service (YIS) will be hosting an All Hands on Deck Yoga class on the Fantail of USS Little Rock. The event starts at 10:30am and tickets begin at $15. For more information and tickets, click here.
Begin with a 60-minute yoga practice on the historical USS Little Rock centered on themes of service and gratitude, led by guest teacher Danny Irwin and YIS teachers Wendy Guyker and Catherine Cook-Cottone. Then, take advantage of all the naval park has to offer, take photos on the ship, etc. as your ticket is also good for naval park admission for the day. All levels and all ages are welcome, and admission is free for active duty service members and veterans.
