Cris Jacobs w/ Lost Mary

Cris Jacobs, a Baltimore-based soul-blues singer and guitarist, blends gritty vocals, outlaw country spirit, and explosive guitar work into a sound all his own. Whether delivering heartfelt Americana ballads or funky blues-driven rock, Jacobs is known for electrifying live performances powered by his improvisational flair and dynamic band. A former Rolling Stone “10 New Country Artists You Need to Know,” he’s collaborated with Phil Lesh and Ivan Neville, toured with Sturgill Simpson and Steve Winwood, and penned songs for acts ranging from bluegrass to gospel legends.

Cris Jacobs comes to Buffalo Iron Works on Thursday, June 19th! Opening the show is Lost Mary, the folk project of Luke Martin and David Johnson III, whose roots in Hillsdale, Michigan, fuel a deep commitment to storytelling. Drawing from traditional and contemporary folk and Americana, Lost Mary crafts songs that capture the spirit of front porches, smoky basements, and the quiet intensity of late-night reflections.
