Pick your genre, Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Social Dances/Ballroom, Broadway, Exercise, Folk, or just an Intro to Dance. Dance naturally lends itself to positive social and emotional well being. Self-esteem, cooperation, body coordination, memorization skills, spatial awareness are all explored through fun and exciting dance movements of various styles.
