How Dining Out For Life Works:

1. Make plans to dine out or order take out Wednesday, October 9th, at participating restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner — or all the above!

2. Invite everyone you know to do the same.

4. Donate to Evergreen Health’s HIV supportive services and be entered to win a prize!

Evergreen Health has been on the front line of HIV care and supportive services for people living with HIV since 1983. They remain committed to meeting the health and wellness needs of people living with HIV through quality medical care and supportive services, including nutrition support, housing and transportation assistance, and services for people who are aging with HIV.

Evergreen Health fosters healthy communities by providing medical, supportive and behavioral services to individuals and families in Western New York, especially those who are living with chronic illness or who are under-served by the healthcare system.
