Downtown Country Market

Buffalo Place Inc. is pleased to announce that the 2025 season of the Downtown Country Market will open on Thursday, June 5th. M&T Bank will serve as Presenting Sponsor of the 43rd Anniversary Season. The Market will take place on Thursdays, from 10am to 2pm, on Main Street at Fountain Plaza between Huron and Chippewa Streets, running through October 23rd, 2025. Following a successful first season at Fountain Plaza, the 2025 Market will remain at this location for the upcoming season!

In 2024, the Market relocated to Fountain Plaza due to construction on Main Street south of Court Street, marking a new chapter in its history. The relocation has been well-received, offering a vibrant atmosphere for vendors and shoppers alike.

The Downtown Country Market has been a cherished tradition in Buffalo since its establishment in 1982, providing residents and visitors with a delightful shopping experience. The Market features a wide variety of products, including the freshest fruits and vegetables, unique specialty food items, homemade bath products, and more. It is a proud participant in the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, Field & Fork Network Double Up Food Bucks Program, and the Farmers Market Federation of New York.
