Everclear

Everclear, one of the defining alternative rock bands of the 1990s, has built a lasting three-decade career with 11 studio albums, over 6 million records sold, 12 Top 40 hits like “Santa Monica” and “Father of Mine,” and a 1998 Grammy nomination. Founded in 1992 by singer-songwriter Art Alexakis, the band rose from Portland’s indie scene to major-label success with their platinum breakthrough “Sparkle and Fade.” Despite being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2019, Alexakis continues to tour, release music – including anniversary editions and a live album – and give back through charitable donations, while also running the annual Summerland Tour and maintaining Everclear’s enduring presence as a live act.
