United Way of Buffalo & Erie County and John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital have come together to improve health equity for babies, children and mothers in our region. But their work is only possible because of the community that supports them.

That’s where you come in. United Way is challenging the community to step up, face their fears and go over the edge to support programs, research and direct care that provide building blocks for a healthy future! Your support allows United Way of Buffalo & Erie County to invest in programs and initiatives that offer preventative care and health education for children and mothers and John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital to provide crucial life-saving programs and care. Together, we are building a healthier community, one child and mother at a time.

How can you participate?

1. Go Over the Edge – Commit to raising a $2,000 fundraising minimum and have the thrill of a lifetime when rappelling from One M&T Plaza in downtown Buffalo.
2. Toss Your Boss – Encourage employees to toss a boss Over the Edge by raising the $2,000 fundraising minimum as a team.
