“Spring means trying new things and Summer is almost here! So how does that add up? It’s time for you to give yoga a try in order to feel FRESH for summer! For those of you who are on the fence about yoga, don’t know where to start or what to do, may not own a mat or yoga pants, this class is for you! Space on Seneca here to help you ease into yoga and give it a try with other beginners. Space on Seneca is going to host a 60 minute class at Seneca One on Wednesday, May 5, from 6 – 7 PM for beginners ONLY!”
