Letterpress Printing Basics Workshop

Learn the ins and outs of letterpress printing at this basics workshop at the Book Arts Studio on Thursday, March 7th! Peruse the collection of vintage metal & wood type, images and ornaments to create a truly unique card or poster. Participants will learn the basics of hand setting type and building simple sound designs, paper prep & press set-up and printing on the Vandercook presses. Each participant will finish the class with a uniquely designed hand-printed poster or set of greeting cards.
