Orange Corner is a 5-piece multi-genre band hailing from the Buffalo. Emerging from the jam-thickened music scene of Buffalo in mid-2018, this colorful quintet has since been taking stages local and regional whilst redefining the boundaries of groove. Drawing influence from the new to the old school, the funk, classic/psychedelic rock, metal, jazz, hip-hop, heavy hitters such as Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, Pink Floyd, Jamiroquai, and Talking Heads just to name a few, one may say these fellows have a handle on diversity in music.
Upon attending an Orange Corner performance, be prepared to endure musical movements of vast magnitude. Once it’s showtime, a fresh sonic pallet is presented, and the crowd quickly becomes enthralled in an upbeat mix of soaring solos, rhythmical nuances, and downright infectious vocals. Whether it’s through dance-driven improvised medium or tethering originality with appropriate covers, this band has a knack for cleverly stimulating the amygdala.
