Panini Pop-Up at Ulrich’s Tavern

Italian Chef Paolo, will do a pop-up event at Ulrich’s Tavern this Thursday, May 22nd! He will be making paninis on his homemade schiacciata bread!
The menu includes:
• BOLOGNA – Salty pistacchio cream, mortadella bologna, burrat
• PARMA – Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, burrata, arugula, EVO oil
• NAPOLI – Mozzarella fior di latte, san marzano tomato sauce, oregano, basil
