A true maestro of Colombian cuisine, Chef Diego hails from the majestic capital city of Bogota, where the flavors of his childhood blend with the exotic tastes of his family’s Caribbean roots. In partnership with our talented resident chef, Evan Wargo, Diego has designed an exclusive and curated menu honoring traditional Colombian recipes while embracing the abundance of local ingredients found right here in Western New York.
