Patina 250: Guest Chef Series ft. Noah Galuten

Thursday, June 4th at 5:30pm, Patina 250 will host their Guest Chef Series: Cookbook Edition – Grill Time with Noah Galuten. The event is offered in partnership with Read It & Eat Bookshop, alongside Patina 250 Executive Chef Evan Wargo. Inspired by Galuten’s love of bright flavors, comfort foods, and veggie‑forward dishes, this special event brings the spirit of outdoor grilling indoors. Chef Wargo will curate a multi‑course menu drawn from GRILL TIME!, highlighting seasonal ingredients, live‑fire techniques, and bold, approachable flavors designed for gathering and sharing. Menu highlights include a selection of grilled appetizers, citrus and fennel salad with grilled avocado, smoked miso black cod, grilled tomahawk ribeye with seasonal sides, and a grilled stone fruit dessert – each course inspired by GRILL TIME! and thoughtfully prepared by the Patina 250 culinary team.
