You are invited to join Seneca One and Flying Bison for Wednesday night urban runs starting and finishing at Seneca One! For the first time ever, finish your urban run at the famous bar from The Sopranos!
Seneca One hosts evening runs from the base of the tower every other Wednesday at 6pm starting January 13th
