Speaker Nite: BUFFALO’S UNIQUE ARCHITECTURE & HISTORIC LEGACY

On Tuesday, May 27th, Bernice Radle, Executive Director of Preservation Buffalo Niagara will be the guest speaker and present on Buffalo’s unique architecture and historic legacy at the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site.

At Preservation Buffalo Niagara, Bernice and her team use non profit tools to renovate historic buildings that are demolition candidates. Bernice is also the president of Neighborhood Evolution, LLC, a consulting firm that helps communities build their small development ecosystems by coaching, training and project assistance. She is the founder of Buffalove Development, LLC, where she focused on renovating vacant historic buildings. She served the Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals for nine years where she was instrumental in rewriting the zoning code to the current Buffalo Green Code. Bernice is also a member of the national organization, Strong Towns, dedicated to making cities and communities safe, livable and inviting.
