The Battle of Buffalo: Ireland v Buffalo

Bridges Beyond Boxing is a collaborative initiative between the Ireland Amateur Boxing community and boxing communities in various cities throughout the United States. Their mission is to promote unity in communities by fostering lifelong relationships for amateur boxers.

Buffalo will be hosting this event for the very first time at RiverWorks on Friday, May 31st!

Bridges Beyond Boxing is spearheaded by Patrick Gorman, a retired US Marine & Army Veteran, and retired MMA fighter, is currently engaged in a project aimed at bringing under-resourced kids from Ireland to Buffalo. These kids, ranging in ages from 10 to 19 years old, will participate in the first international boxing event showcasing our talented young boxers in the Buffalo area. The focus is empowering these kids and guiding them on a responsible, disciplined, impactful, and meaningful life journey.
