The Draft Room and Thin Man Brewery are teaming up for a 4-course Thanksgiving themed beer pairing dinner, on Thursday, November 21st at the Draft Room.
Course #1 – Harvest Turkey Salad paired with Thin Man Pills Mafia
House Smoked Turkey, arugula, dried cranberries, blue cheese crumbles, toasted walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette
Course #2 – BBQ Smoked Meat Poutine paired with Thin Man Bliss IPA
Cured and smoked brisket, beer bbq sauce, cheddar curds, scallions
Course #3 – Coffee Crusted Pork Tenderloin and Brown Ale reduction paired with Thin Man Paintin’ the Town Brown Ale
Oven baked pork tenderloin, spaghetti squash with brown butter sage sauce, brown ale reduction
Course #4 – Chocolate Marshmallow Cloud paired with Thin Man Sticky Toffee Imperial Stout
Fudge brownie, house made marshmallow, salted caramel stout sauce
