On Tuesday, December 5th starting at 5:30pm, The City of Buffalo Mayor’s Office of Strategic Planning and the Buffalo Urban Development Corporation is holding a final public engagement session for the Within Reach: Downtown Smart Streets & Waterfront Accessibility plans.
This final engagement session will uncover the findings for curb management and the 20% design of the Flexible Smart Street Corridor on Washington Street which will be highlighted in the Smart Streets Design Plan. The Downtown Waterfront Improvement Plan will demonstrate the concepts of reconnecting neighborhoods, Downtown, and the waterfront creating a more unified and welcoming experience.
This meeting will open with a presentation of both projects and describe the next steps for each plan as well. There will be opportunities to engage with the project team to learn more about these initiatives. RSVP to the event using this link or the QR code on the flyer.
