His songs so timeless that he has seen such stages as The Newport Folk Festival\, Bonnaroo\, The New Orleans Jazz Fesrival  to Carnegie Hall. The Los Angeles Times said\, “Call him a soul shouter\, a road poet\, a folkie or a rocker and you wouldn’t be wrong.”
