Led by trumpeter & UB music professor Jon Nelson\, this truly unique assemblage of some of Buffalo’s finest musicians will perform the music of Caroline Mallonee\, Frank Zappa\, Bela Bartok\, Serge Prokofiev\, Zane Merrit\, Radiohead\, Sly & the Family Stone\, Charles Ives\, Jimi Hendrix\, David Sanford\, Anton Webern\, Captain Beefheart\, and more! Don’t miss what promises to be a one-of-a-kind concert experience\, on Monday\, March 11th. \nThe Genkin Philharmonic\, a Buffalo\, NY based ten-piece electro-acoustic chamber ensemble\, was founded in 2000 by Jon Nelson at the University at Buffalo Music Department.
