DESCRIPTION:The NHL Draft is Coming to Buffalo! The Buffalo Sabres will host the decentralized 2026 NHL Draft at KeyBank Center on Friday\, June 26th and Saturday\, June 27th! It will be the fourth time Buffalo has hosted the NHL Draft\, having previously done so in 1991\, 1998 and 2016. KeyBank Center will become the first arena to host the Draft in its decentralized format\, which was introduced last year at The Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nBoth days will feature a Fan Fest in Ticketmaster Alumni Plaza with food and beverage\, entertainment\, and activities for the whole family. The Sabres will welcome this year’s top prospects into the draft with a red-carpet arrival prior to Round 1 on June 26th. Get your NHL Draft tickets here \nHere’s a rundown of each day’s schedule of events. \nDay 1 – Friday\, June 26th \nSchedule: \n\n4pm-7pm: Fan Fest in Ticketmaster Alumni Plaza (free and open to public)\n5:15pm: Top prospects walk the red carpet into KeyBank Center\n6pm: KeyBank Center doors open\n7pm: Round 1 of the NHL Draft\n\nTickets for Day 1 \nAll fans in attendance for Round 1 will receive a commemorative hockey card giveaway courtesy of Upper Deck. \nFan Fest will include entertainment from DJ Milk\, food and beverage stands\, plus the following programming: \n\nRed Carpet Arrivals (Friday at 5:15pm) – Fans will have the opportunity to greet the NHL’s top prospects as they walk the red carpet into KeyBank Center ahead of Round 1.\nNHL STREET: There will be have two street hockey rinks set up on Perry Street as part of the league’s “NHL Street” initiative. One rink will showcase local youth teams; the other will be open to the public for pickup games and skills competitions!\nKids Combine: Put your skills to the test! Our Kids Combine will allow participants to measure their grip strength\, broad jump\, rapid shot and more inside an inflatable rink.\nAccuracy Shot Drills: Are you the next Tage Thompson?
