Her debut LP\, Stoned + Animald\, is an ethereal blend of art-rock\, melancholy indie\, and dream-pop. In an effort to challenge stigmas\, Fournier tackles subjects such as abuse\, addiction\, and mental health\, pushing her horizons both conceptually and sonically. \nBilly Corgan of The Smashing Pumpkins\, a long-time influence of her songwriting\, recently invited her to sing backup on his newest album\, Aghori Mhori Mei\, and released Kid Tigrrr’s debut on vinyl through his own label\, Martha’s Music\, before inviting her to join as a touring bassist for his newest project\, Billy Corgan and the Machines of God. \nFournier’s first self-produced single\, ‘Shapes of Water\,’ began as an official pedal demo for EarthQuaker Devices and was later premiered by DKFM Shoegaze Radio\, which the artist cites as her go-to for music discovery.
