DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, February 14th\, Evergreen Health presents the Valentine’s Sweetheart Skate at Rotary Rink at Fountain Plaza. Evergreen Health serves as the presenting sponsor of the 2023-2024 free ice-skating season at Rotary Rink. Rotary Rink is in the heart of Downtown Buffalo\, located at Main Street between Chippewa and Huron Streets\, and surrounded by many of Buffalo’s architecturally significant buildings. \nRotary Rink will be open with extended holiday hours from 11am-9pm on February 14th. In addition to always free ice-skating\, guests will enjoy two-for-one adult ice-skate rentals\, and free ice-skate rentals for children. Ice-skate rentals are priced at $3 for adults and $2 for children. As always\, guests are welcome to bring their own ice-skates\, and enjoy time on the ice at no cost. In celebration of the holiday\, the first 214 skaters will receive a delicious free Valentine’s cut-out cookie\, created by Flint Buffalo at Fountain Plaza. \nBuffalo Place thanks Evergreen Health for sponsoring the free ice-skating season at Rotary Rink for Western New Yorkers to have access to healthy activities. To ensure access for all\, the healthcare organization will offer free ice skate rentals during First Free Wednesdays once more this season on March 6th. Buffalo Place also thanks our official Media Sponsor and Partner\, The Buffalo News. \nRotary Rink at Fountain Plaza Regular Hours of Operation: Monday: CLOSED; Tuesday – Friday: 11am-2pm & 5pm-9pm; Saturday: 11am-9pm; Sunday: 11am-6pm.
