A message from Seneca One:
“You are invited to join Seneca One and Flying Bison for Wednesday night urban runs starting and finishing at Seneca One! For the first time ever, finish your urban run at the famous bar from The Sopranos!
Seneca One hosts evening runs from the base of the tower every other Wednesday at 6pm. These dates include November 4th, November 18th, and December 2nd.
Keep your calendar open for a December 16th special holiday run!
Wrap up your run in downtown Buffalo at Main Street and Seneca Street and enter the tower at the West Entrance doors. Follow the escalator up to the lobby and enjoy cocktails and bites at the lobby bar.
The runs are open to all levels of runners! Routes range from 4 to 5 miles and RSVP is encouraged at the ticket link listed here. Meet at 6pm and look forward to a fun run around downtown Buffalo.
