Saturday, September 14th, join WNED | WBFO for their first-ever jazz concert featuring headliner, Jazzmeia Horn, winner of the 2015 Thelonious Monk Award along with a Grammy nomination last year for Best Jazz Vocal CD. Taylor Made Jazz will open the evening of performance. Doors will open at 6:15p, and the concert will begin at 7p.
WNED | WBFO continues its tradition of bringing live music to Buffalo and Western New York with its first JazzWorks Live in the WNED | WBFO studio… a room that will be transformed into an intimate jazz nightclub setting. The jazz musicians, ambiance and excitement of this event will make for an incredibly memorable evening! Guests can enjoy bistro tables with seating for 4. There will also be cocktail tables in the back for those that wish to stand and listen at any point throughout the evening. Food and drink will be available for purchase.
